When we decided to review this game we admittedly went in thinking it was going to be another low potential slot from Quickspin, and visually it didn’t look too exciting either. At first glance we mistakenly presumed the total max win was 1680x, but how wrong we were. Before we dive into the potential however, let’s get through the basics first.
Eastern Emeralds is a 5-reel, 3-row slot with 20 paylines, playable on all devices from €0.20 to €100. The RTP is 96,58%, with 67,94% allocated to the main game and 28,64% to the Free Spins. Its a fairly simplistic and straight-forward slot that doesn’t require too much brain activity to understand.
Eastern Emeralds Symbols
Set in the heart of the Asian wilderness against the backdrop of mountains, symbols include A, K, Q, J and 10 playing cards as well as various oriental themes such as medallions, oriental trinkets, golden turtles, koi fishes and dragons. The dragon, which is the most lucrative of all regular symbols, is of the same value as the wild symbol and gives a return of 7,5x for 5 across a payline.
The wilds also appear as a multipliers and have the same multiplier value as the reel they land on. This means that a wild symbol landing on reel 4 will have a x4 multiplier value. But don’t expect stacks of wilds to come flying as it’s only possible to land one wild per reel. The max win in the main game is 900x, which requires a wild line + connecting Dragons.
